THE Warriors will now be officially kitted by 4May International for every assignment in the next three years.

The partnership is effective immediately.

It means the Warriors are set to wear the elegant high-end formal wear for their 2026 World Cup qualifying games against Benin in Durban, South Africa, on March 20.

They then take on Nigeria in Uyo five days later.

4May CEO Ellcy Chimedza said they have decided to come back and partner ZIFA because they have a lot of confidence in the new board.

“At 4May International, we believe that style and professionalism go hand-in-hand.

“Dressing the Zimbabwe men’s national soccer team is both an honour and a responsibility as we seek to contribute to their distinguished presence on and off the pitch.

“Our collaboration with ZIFA is built on shared values of excellence, pride and ambition and we look forward to a successful and impactful partnership.

“We have so much belief in the new ZIFA leadership and this is our own way of encouraging the national team as they go about hunting for national glory.

“We are proud to be associated with the Warriors as they represent all of us as Zimbabweans and seeing them clad in smart formal wear makes us really feel good.”

ZIFA Marketing Committee chairperson, Kudzai Kadzombe, said the deal with 4May International has come at the right time when football is undergoing a massive revolution under the new leadership.

“This partnership with 4May International is a testament to our vision of elevating Zimbabwean football to international standards,” said Kadzombe.

“Our players and technical team deserve to look professional and, with this agreement, we are ensuring that they exude confidence and pride whenever they represent the nation.

“We are delighted to welcome 4May International into the ZIFA family.”

Warriors coach Michael Nees, who also witnessed the signing ceremony, said his players were happy with the 4May deal.

“Their (Warriors) responses when asked for their suit sizes on our Whatsapp Group were prompt which means they really like the arrangement,” said Nees.

“I am happy and the players are also very happy with the deal.”

ZIFA said the sponsorship will cover high-quality formal wear, including suits, shirts, and shoes, for a 23- member team, coaching staff, support personnel, and executive members. Nees will announce his squad for the upcoming two assignments against Benin and Nigeria tomorrow.
