The Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre (ZIEC), Hall 4, in Bulawayo was transformed into a sanctuary of divine encounter on May 16 as multitudes gathered for the unforgettable Grand Finale.

Hosted by the founders of the Kingdom Empowerment Centre, Prophet Bruce and Prophetess Pamela Edwards, the spiritually charged night brought together prominent voices from across various denominations, united by a single cry: Revive us again, O Lord.

The atmosphere was thick with expectation as the programme unfolded with a line-up of powerful ministers and worship leaders. The evening’s theme, “Revival”, was eloquently unpacked by Bishop Dr Collin Nyathi of Harvest House International Church. His stirring message called the Body of Christ to return to its first love and rekindle the fire of prayer. His teaching moved hearts and challenged believers to live lives that reflect heaven on earth.

Following Bishop Nyathi, Apostle Frank Magagula of Reformation Church delivered a short yet electrifying sermon that ignited the hall. In just a few moments, he left the congregation longing for more, a true demonstration of preaching under the unction of the Holy Spirit.

The momentum carried into a powerful session led by Apostle Felix Okoh of House of Treasures Ministries in Johannesburg. His dynamic preaching and anointed leadership in prayer elevated the spiritual atmosphere to even greater heights. His voice resounded with authority as he led the congregation in deep intercession, birthing declarations of transformation and awakening.

As always, gospel musician Michael Mahendere brought the house down with his high-energy, Spirit-led worship. From the first note, the crowd was on their feet, hands lifted, hearts open. His ministration created a divine atmosphere where heaven met earth, with many visibly moved to tears.

Mai Mwamuka, another beloved voice of worship, deepened the moment as she ministered on the power of thanksgiving. Her message served as a reminder that gratitude unlocks the presence of God, setting the tone for an intimate and reflective worship session.

The Daughters of Virtue (Ndadhinhiwa) Prayer Group and the founder of Hebron Art of Prayer International Ministries delivered a fiery sermon centred on faith. Drawing from Mark 11:23, “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them,” she offered a practical yet powerful teaching. Believers were challenged to speak with boldness and to believe with unwavering confidence.

Throughout the night, the unity among denominations and callings painted a powerful picture of the Church in revival. Hall 4 of the ZIEC was filled with people praying, worshipping, weeping, and rejoicing, all under one roof, for one purpose.

As dawn approached, it was clear that something eternal had been deposited. Hearts were changed, faith was ignited, and a fresh wind of revival had blown through Bulawayo.

The 2025 edition of the annual Grand Finale will undoubtedly be remembered as a catalytic moment for the Church in Bulawayo and beyond, a night where revival was not just discussed but tangibly experienced.

Chloe Pemhiwa, one of the attendees of the Grand Finale, shared: “My experience at the Grand Finale was mind-blowing. It was beyond refreshing. It was a wonderful way to reconnect with my inner man and the Creator. I enjoyed myself. I grew spiritually stronger overnight, and it was exactly what I needed personally, especially as someone who has been going through a lot.”
