AS the country celebrates Women’s Month, there is one woman who is making a difference in the tough world of construction.

Dr Annavestah Mudiwa is the managing director of Gary Homes Construction, a company which has been making waves in the local construction industry.

An award-winning corporate leader, she holds a Doctorate Degree in Humane Letters and an Honorary Doctorate and“possesses remarkable experience in sales and marketing and has successfully positioned Gray Homes Construction as a capable brand within the brief existence of the company.

“She has received five awards – Outstanding Woman Leading From the Front, Director of the Year 2021 (Platinum Winner), Business Director of the Year 2022; Businesswoman of the Year and Female Director of the Year.”

She is leading a company which, in just two years, has made a big mark and now says it is not only committed to making a significant impact in Zimbabwe but wants to become one of the leading firms in their field.

Their profile continues to grow and the company sees a better future as the Zimbabwe economy continues to improve.

Dr Mudiwa’s firm says their mission is “to become the leading one stop shop for all construction services in Zimbabwe and beyond.

The firm also commits to “providing quality workmanship and customer service and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, honesty and fairness, in all relationships with our customers and employees.”

In just two years, the firm has found a footing in the tough construction industry and its management sees a window of sustained growth, with Dr Mudiwa providing the leading role.

“We deliver our services through a team of technically competent professionals of architects, quantity surveyors, engineers, artisans, construction experts and infrastructure development experts with a wealth of local, regional and international experience.

“One of the distinctive advantages Gray Homes Construction offers is our team of people.
