Harare — As of February 1, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 10,849,438 while over 212,786,235 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 238,939 and 9,728,469 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases 3,605,222 and 95,093 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (1,132,716 ), Tunisia ( 909,813 ), Ethiopia ( 465,158 ), Libya ( 429,666 ), Egypt ( 425,911 ) and Kenya ( 321,381 ).- AllAfrica.
