African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) delegates tour ZIM

African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) delegates from 32 countries visited Zinara’s control centre and the Norton tollgate yesterday. They wanted to learn more about Zinara’s tolling model. Most of the countries are mulling introducing road tolls to sponsor road maintenance projects. ARMFA delegates are in Victoria Falls for their 13th annual general meeting. The association is trying to establish a secretariat at the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and also become an affiliate.
