DESPITE the hype that surrounded their collaboration when they went into studio in the City of Kings last year, songbird Ammara Brown and Mi Casa are yet to give the magic some fans expect they made that August night.
However, the songbird, who is set to make her debut in Bulawayo on Friday at E68, is yet to give any indications of when that collaboration, which also featured Tehn Diamond, will be released.
While some have given up on the song ever seeing the light of day, Ammaraas camp confirmed that the song was still in the works.
a?I can assure you that the single is still coming out. We put a lot of work into it and we would never throw it aside just like that,a? said Brownas publicist Tsungi Zvogbo.
She added that when the collaboration came out, it would be credited to all three artistes.
a?The song belongs to all three of them and thatas how it will be presented to the public. Mi Casa is big but Ammara and Tehn are also talented in their own right,a? she said.
With her Bulawayo debut in mind, Zvogbo said Ammara was eager to show fans her full capabilities as an artiste.
a?She knows she has a lot of fans in Bulawayo and she wants to bring her A-Game because first impressions are very important. It seems like an anomaly that she hasnat performed in Bulawayo before but she is here to correct that,a? she said.
Entry for Ammaraas bow in the City of Kings will be $5. .
