ANDY Muridzo and Killer T are good buddies.
The dynamic duo might be singing different genres but whenever they meet, and perform, fireworks are guaranteed.
After promising to forge alliances with artists in other genres, Andy Muridzo’s camp appears to have struck gold after combining forces with Killer T.
To date, the pair has staged six sold out shows together as they seek to win the hearts of locals with their alliance.
Andy Muridzo’s brand manager, Ronald Mujuru, has assured fans of more to come from the pair.
“So far we have staged six shows together starting with the notable gigs being the ones we staged at Ziko Shopping Centre in February.
“We also performed in Mbare, Mbare, Mutare and Marondera.
“The seventh show of the year, which we are set to perform together, will be staged at Padziva on the 24th of June.
“We are happy with the chemistry the two artists have and we hope to continue giving our fans quality music.”
Mujuru said the next encounter with Killer T is a bit special since it coincides with his 31st birthday.
“Andy was born on the 18th of June and we are going to organise something on his special day.
“The big party will then take place at Padziva on June 24 alongside Killer.
“Padziva is one of the finest venues in Harare which has been hosting artists’ meetings.
“We are glad that we will be also meeting some of the creatives who frequent the venue.”
Mujuru said Andy was maturing with age as he seeks to promote his brand.
“Like any other person, Andy Muridzo has learnt from his previous mistakes and we are going to help him as usual in his quest to maintain a clean image.
“He is a role model who should lead by example and we are going to assist him in a big way,” he said.
