Anti-sanctions gala brings Zimbabweans together

The anti-sanctions gala at Habane Stadium in Umzingwane District, Matabeleland South, brought Zimbabweans together in solidarity against the embargos.

Thousands of citizens from across the nation gathered to call for the removal of the sanctions.

Among the dignitaries present were the Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister, Dr Jenfan Muswere and Deputy Minister Dr Omphile Marupi, as well as Permanent Secretary Nick Mangwana.

The crowd enjoyed stellar performances by Godolude, the Mbare Chimurenga Choir, Iyasa, Mzoe 7, Jah Master, Chief Hwenje, Sandra Ndebele and Jeys Marabini.
