AUTHOR’S NEW BOOK DEALS WITH MEN

THANDI Ndlovu, a renowned Zimbabwean author based in South Africa has released the final manuscript of her highly anticipated novel “Unleashing The King Within Raising Boys, Empowering Men ” .

The book is a call to the unsung heroes of society to Unleash the strength and resilience embedded within them.

Ndlovu addresses several challenges affecting men in different stages of life, from birth to adulthood, from mental health, decision-making, communication, confidence and marriage.

In an interview with H-Metro, Ndlovu said:

“In recent years, men have faced increasing mental health challenges, financial pressures, societal expectations and personal hardships have weighed heavily, leading more to seek help.

“However, not all feel comfortable doing so, leading some to silently endure until they feel hopeless.

“This struggle has manifested in rising rates of mental health cases among men, with some resorting to harmful outlets or tragically, suicide.”

The book delves into the ability, authority and creativity of men highlighting their capacity to imagine and bring things into existence.

“The word of God offers powerful encouragement on their healing journey, the scripture says that ‘Let the redeemed of the Lord say so’ a reminder that their stories have been re-written in Christ.

“Men need to remember that they are not alone, Christ has paid the ultimate price for their freedom.

“When they feel weak, they can find strength in God, not just temporarily but for the rest of their lives,” she said.
