Barcelona deny Neymar deal

However, Cardoner insists that no agreement has been reached with Santos
“To my knowledge we did not pay 10m euros to have a preferential option for Neymar,” he told RAC 1.
Cardoner also stated that Barca coach Josep Guardiola will have the final say on whether the highly-rated teenager will eventually make the switch to Camp Nou.
“If we’re talking about (Neymar) it is because he is a player considered qualified to be a part of this team, but our technicians will decide,” the vice-president added.
The 19-year-old is considered one of the most exciting young prospects in world football and has already been capped 15 times by Brazil. However, he signed a new five-year contract with Santos earlier this year.
Meanwhile, the agent of Lille forward Eden Hazard has revealed that he is expecting a 30 million euro bid from Manchester City for his client in January. Marc Fourmeux, who represents the interests of the Belgium international, says that he is envisaging Roberto Mancini’s men to make the first move ahead of the likes of Real Madrid and Inter in a proposal that would also see the attacker stay in France until the end of the season on loan.
“There is much talk of an offer of 30 million euros from Manchester City, which will see him remain at Lille for the next six months,” the agent told AS. His future is in any case destined for a big European club like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester City, AC Milan, Inter or Juventus.”
