Blatter, who is seeking a fifth term at the helm, will attend the congress a month before the World governing football body’s presidential elections where he is seeking re-election.
Caf has already declared they will vote as a block and has thrown its weight behind the third longest-serving head on footballing history after Jules Rimet and Joao Havalange.
