A NIGHT of beers turned into a nightmare for a 22-year-old man who claims his drinking buddy violated him while he slept!
Khumbulani Gatsheni (46) appeared before magistrate Mrs Sibongile Marondedze facing shocking charges of sodomy.
According to prosecutor Christina Manyika, the two had been drinking on May 15, 2025, when plans to hit the town flopped. Gatsheni suggested they crash at his place and that’s where things allegedly took a dark turn.
The victim told the court he woke up in pain and confusion, stark naked, with Gatsheni’s manhood inside him! Gatsheni was reportedly gripping the complainant’s privates and even squeezed them when the man tried to fight him off.
The traumatised man reported the ordeal, leading to Gatsheni’s arrest.
The matter has been postponed to 16 June 2025 for further trial.
