CENTRAL attacking midfielder Brian “Gaucho” Ndlovu is close to sealing a deal with Bulawayo giants Highlanders.

Ndlovu has been training with Bosso and appears to have impressed the coaches.

The player, who is also comfortable playing as a winger or “false nine,” scored six goals for Adachi in the Zifa Southern Region Division One league last season.

A source close to proceedings at the club says Ndlovu will be wearing the black and white strip this coming season.

“It’s a done deal. All the parties have agreed and the announcement from the club should be made soon,” said the source.

Ndlovu will become the club’s fifth signing ahead of the new season.

So far, Bosso have signed Marvin Sibanda on a three-year contract. The 25-year-old played for Little Rock Rangers FC in the States. The Little Rock Rangers FC is an American soccer team based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This week, Bosso announced the capture of the duo of Reason Sibanda who was at Arenel and Brian Mlotshwa from Hwange. Sibanda scored eight goals for Arenel last season while Mlotshwa was a vital cog in the Hwange backline.

Stiker Calvin Chigonero, who was on loan at Bosso last season, has penned a permanent deal with the club.

In this same window, Highlanders have terminated the contracts of strikers Stanley Ngala and Washington Navaya as the club seeks to sharpen their strike-force.

The players are said to have been informed of the development last Friday.
