SIMBA Bhora and Highlanders have been fined US$6000 each for the crowd trouble at Wadzanayi Stadium last Sunday.

Fans of both sides engaged in running battles after the home team fans pelted the visitors.

The visitors allegedly reacted after bottles and missiles were directed at them.

The stadium was not cleared of missiles after improvements.

Highlanders have been summoned to a hearing for their part in the abandoned match after Cecil Gwezera and his assistant Zondzi Ngosana awarded Simba Bhora a penalty.

Highlanders disputed the penalty decision.
