Sunday Mail editor Edmund Kudzayi and his brother Philip, accused of attempting to subvert a constitutionally-elected Government through a Facebook character Baba Jukwa, today walked free after the State withdrew charges against them.

Representing the State, law officer Mr Tawanda Zvakare applied to have the charges against the two withdrawn before plea citing that they will proceed by way of summons when ready as they are still conducting extra-territorial investigations.

Mr Milton Serima presided over the case and the two brothers could be seen smiling when they were being told they were free to go.
