A DOMBOSHAVA woman lost her bid for a protection order against her brother over their deceased parents’ estate.

Angelina Kasena accused her brother, Amous Kasena, of benefiting from the rentals alone.

“My brother doesn’t allow my children to visit him.

“He stays at our late parents’ house with his family.

“The house has four rooms and he doesn’t want me to stay there apa ndikutambura nevana pekugara nhaka iripo.

“Since my parents passed away, he has been squandering rentals ini ndichidya nhoko dzezvironda,” she said.

Amous opposed the application and told the court that his sister had been running away from her husband’s house to stay with him.

“It is a four-roomed house and she wants to come and squeeze in where there is no space.

“She is a married woman, ngaiite zveimba yake.

“Last week she came for a sleepover and the next morning she used the sink in a way to provoke my wife.

“We are unable to stay together with my sister, tingatobayane nemapanga,” said Amous.

Magistrate Tamara Chibindi dismissed the application for lack of merit.
