HARARE-BASED novelist and scriptwriter, Blessing Masvosva, has published his first novel titled “My High School Life.”
Inspired by his English teacher at Mufakose High 1, Masvosva wrote his novel in two months’ time.
The novel was published under YMB Quotes zw and it consists of 15 chapters .
“I started writing this novel in September whilst I was writing my examinations and published it this December.
“It’s about obstacles we face in life but my real aim is to motivate people, that they can do the impossible.
“Other boys at school laughed at me because l was a writer, mocking that I won’t gain anything from it but I ignored them and kept on writing,” he said.
Masvosva is also an upcoming songwriter and a court writer as well.
He is working on a new song to be released early next year.
