Bulawayo bid farewell to November with electrifying energy at the Piano Cuzzle event held at Mystique Garden. The show, primarily attended by the city’s youthful crowd, proved that distance was no obstacle as partygoers turned up in droves, eager to groove to their favourite beats.
DJ Nospa thrilled many with his skills as the night’s MC, keeping the energy high and the programme seamless as various DJs showcased their talents on the decks. He described the event as a great success and emphasised his passion for entertaining in diverse roles.
“Clean people, green culture – this is the essence of the event,” he said.

“I loved the energy Bulawayo brought tonight. I’m evolving as an entertainer; sometimes I’m a DJ, other times I’m an MC. Tonight was one of those nights where I got to share my other talent.”
The highlight of the evening was DJ Kotwane Hikwa, who had the crowd dancing non-stop with his fiery set. His performance left attendees wanting more, as he effortlessly blended tracks to keep the vibe alive.
The venue’s well-designed stage and tight security ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, setting a high standard for future events.
Thabiso Mathe, a resident of Burnside, expressed his satisfaction with the event, saying he wished the party could have gone on until morning.
“It was worth every penny. I hope more people come for the next one because this was a great experience,” he said.

Tasha Sibanda from Emganwini also praised the event but offered constructive feedback for the DJs.
“The event had a great turnout, which I didn’t expect for a first-time show. However, the DJs should mix in trending music from platforms like TikTok. That’s what we want to dance to,” she said.
The Piano Cuzzle event, organised by Jägermeister, aimed to promote fashion and culture in Bulawayo. It was a celebration of style, music, and youthful vibrancy, setting a new standard for entertainment in the city. With such a positive response from both attendees and organisers, the event’s concept promises to grow into a staple of Bulawayo’s social calendar.
The organisers of the Piano Cuzzle event extended heartfelt thanks to patrons for their support and trust, especially as it was their first time hosting such an event.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended and supported our first edition. Your presence, energy, and unwavering support made this event a memorable success. We’re truly humbled by the trust and love you’ve shown us as we embarked on this exciting journey.
“Your support fuels our vision of creating a unique platform that celebrates fashion, music, and lifestyle. Thank you for believing in us,” they said. (@The Chronicle)
