Burn the fat with a circuit workout

Many resolutions will be thrown into the bins even before mid-year and the same resolutions are repeated again come next year. When making a resolution, you should know the challenges and I can guarantee you that you will meet them. But as long as you are prepared, victory is certain
One of the most definite challenge we meet as muscle builders and weight losers is of our genetical limitations. Here I am referring to your natural structure, being your size, shape, height, complexion and many more. So what it means is that we can improve our bodies as far as our genetics can allow us. That is why we never have the same appearance, even if we eat, drink, live and train the same way. All of us at a certain point in life wish to look like certain super models.
But never, you can only be yourself, not anyone else. Some people are naturally heavy no matter how big or small their body frames are. So having the same range of weight on the scale with Rihanna and Beyonce will not make you look or have the same body appearance as them. Respect and love what you are and do the best you can to look the best you can and be happy with what you are. If you are happy with yourself, everyone will be happy with you. Life can be so short to be always wishing to be what you are not.
The other challenge which you need to be prepared for is of fat loss or fat burn. The food we eat is always digested in our system into energy measured in kilojoules or calories. The different types of food we eat releases different qualities and quantities of calories. So to allow weight and fat loss it is important that your overall energy intake (that is kilojoules) is controlled. To lose weight your energy input needs to be less than your energy output. In short, you need to burn more than what you take. So when working out, the challenge is to make sure you use the energy consumed that particular day to workout to a level of burning your energy reserve. Our bodies always reserve energy in form of fat. So weight loss is about losing the fat your body has been storing or reserving for months or decades. Very short and ineffective workouts will not burn into your fat reserve. Consumption of high calorie food will mean your workout will only revolve around burning what you have just consumed.
To make sure this is achievable, I have come up with a circuit workout programme. Circuits workouts are internationally recognised as programmes for cardiovascular training and the burning of excess body fat. It is also an effective way of speeding you back into shape and the activation and preparation of those long forgotten muscles after a lay-off. This workout can also be done at the end of each week to boost your fat burn and improving your muscular endurance. I have seen a lot of smiling faces from those who have done it.
As the name implies all the exercises are organised or set in a row or circular format. Exercises are picked to cover every part of your body. The main exercise and most effective ones are selected then they are combined with some cardio exercises after each resistance exercise. In a gym where these circuit facilities are available you will have some circuit light available to determine how long one will perform an exercise before moving to the next one. The lights are designed in a manner that you work only when the other light is on and recover when off. If you have got red and blue you work on the blue and rest on red.
The workout is normally as follows:
1. Do stationary lunges for your legs;
Work through the duration of the blue light;
Rest when the red comes on.
2. Do simple press-up for your chest; Do some skipping before the next resistance exercise.
3. Do a lat-purr for your back; Run on the step box.
4. Shoulder up-right row; Do some tummy sit-ups.
5. Biceps curls; Jump on the step box.
6. Tricep dips; Run on the trampoline.
7. Do your lower back dead-lift; Run down the length of the gym; And start over again.
Do three to four rounds according to your fitness level. Vary your exercises every week. Stretch every muscle at the end of the workout. Weight loss and progress should be noticed within six weeks. Remember your diet does also contribute to how quick you will get the results.
