Business partner threatens Obama action

“Obama” on “Osama” through the phone.
This, the court heard, referred to the reported killing of Osama bin Laden by United States Navy Seals on the orders of United States president Barack Obama last week. Tendai Fombe took his friend identified only as Phillip for a peace order.
Phillip, however, countered and accused Fombe of threatening him for allegedly going out with the latter’s wife.
He denied threatening Fombe and accused him of threatening him with an “Osama” attack.
“I never sent him any messages. I just sent him (a message) when he threatened me. Recently, he called me at 0200hrs telling me that he was “Obama” looking for “Osama”. I think you know what happened between Obama and Osama,” he said.
Fombe told the court that Phillip came to his house at 11pm and asked him to come out.
“I heard that he was having an affair with my wife and when I confronted him, he denied the allegations. He started threatening me with messages and he came at my house at 2300hrs asking me to come out and show my manhood. I didn’t because I was afraid of being assaulted,” he said.
The court heard that Fombe once reported the matter to the police.
Magistrate Ms Lynn Manyika granted a peace order in Fombe’s favour.
