A HARARE man’s shady side hustle came crashing down when detectives from CID Drugs and Narcotics swooped in and busted him with a stash of unregistered sex and body enhancement pills!
Dudzai Chigume (35) was arrested on 9 April 2025 at a shop tucked inside Nkwame Mall, number 82, after cops acted on a tip-off about his unlawful pharmaceutical dealings.
And what a stash it was!
Police recovered a contraband cocktail of unregistered medicines — from sex enhancers to hip, butt, breast, and even penis enlargement pills — all being illegally sold to unsuspecting customers chasing quick body fixes and bedroom magic.
“The accused was arrested for unlawful possession and sale of unregistered medicines,” confirmed national police spokesperson commissioner Paul Nyathi.
The pills, believed to be smuggled and potentially harmful, were being peddled without medical approval, putting countless lives at risk in the name of curves and performance.
Authorities are cracking down hard on illegal medicine markets, especially those dealing in unverified beauty and sex products.
“We urge members of the public to avoid buying unregistered medicines as they pose serious health risks,” said the national police spokesperson.
Chigume now faces the full wrath of the law — and it’s safe to say his pill-pushing days are shrinking fast.
