Bulawayo ammas 24 medals

BULAWAYO Central District led the medals table on the first day of a title contested National Association of Secondary Schools Heads (Nash) track and field competitions at White City Stadium yesterday.

Bulawayo Central amassed 24 medals comprising 12 gold, six silver and six bronze. They were closely followed by Imbizo District with 25 medals (11 gold, nine silver and five bronze).

Defending champions Mzilikazi District ended day one in third with 10 gold, 17 silver and 15 bronze medals.

Reigate and Khami district ended the day with nine gold medals each.
