Byo comes alive with Winter Carnival

COLOUR your winter is this yearaï¿½ï¿½s theme of the much awaited Winter Carnival to be hosted by Blacktroop Entertainment on Saturday at Club Horizon.

The annual do in its third year is set to be a colourful event with models, fashion designers and musicians coming together.

aï¿½?This yearaï¿½ï¿½s edition will be characterised by different activities. We will have performances from different artistes and a modelling show. We are also introducing a fashion design show as we seek to give a platform for the up and coming fashion designers to showcase their creative designs,aï¿½? said the organiser of the show Joe The Original.

Artistes to take to the stage include Mzoe Seven and the aï¿½?Zoloaï¿½? hit maker, Trykun Shirati.

aï¿½?I have always performed at the Carnival shows to get exposure and well it paid off as I was nominated in the BAA. I promise my fans a polished performance as I will be performing new music from my up-coming project the Ancestral Movement,aï¿½? saidAï¿½ Shirati.

Models will be strictly dressed by local design brand names such as Photo Booth and Fresh Clothing Label will be the talk of the night. . . .
