For you to become successful in life, there are certain rules you ought not to break. Life itself is governed by principles, and it’s those principles that we embrace that determine whether you will attain greatness.

Our strong advice is read the books, work extra hours BUT keep working and get things done. #thatsthemindsetofachampion

Be achievement driven

To succeed in school and generally in life you must be achievement driven. Like a tyrant, that little voice in your head demands your absolute commitment to achievement. You even wrote out plans for achievement. Develop good habits of high achievers. The easiest way of developing such habits is to really have the desire to become an achiever.

How to Be A High Achiever

You must begin with discovering something that matters to you in a big way. It must mean enough to light a fire inside of you. Whatever it is, you’re willing to do whatever it takes to get there. You may already know what that is. The key point is having that passionate drive to really push yourself hard to accomplish your goals consistently.

Be goal or results-oriented

For now, your driving goal must be to pass your exams with very good grades and move on to A-level or university.  There is no brain surgery needed here. The goal just needs to be achievable but challenging enough to make you read and read and read until you really understand every subject you are doing in school. Realise that every time you stretch your boundaries and push your limits, you grow as a person.

Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them; you have no idea what their journey is all about.

Stop trying to be someone else. We all have our own distinct purposes in life. Be yourself always and become the best version of you. You are original, not a counterfeit.

Don’t act the way you are feeling. Instead, act the way you want to feel.

There is a saying that action precedes feeling. If you feel sad, act like you are happy, and you will eventually become happy. High achievers get disappointed a lot because they fail many times, but since they are highly optimistic people, they see advantage in adversity and make the best of every situation.

You can’t do everything yourself, so get help along the way.

High achievers are people of great influence. Your level of influence in most cases determines your level of success. Make meaningful relationships and help others get what they want. As Trust Academy we assure you — we help you all the way!

If you are going to jump off a bridge, make sure you know how deep the water is.

Always determine the price you must pay for every decision you make before making that decision. Before you jump off that bridge, ask yourself this very important question: “how deep is the water?” Taking exams is like jumping off a bridge, you need our help to jump off this bridge successfully.

What others think of you is none of your business.

What matters most in life is your belief in yourself. People will always talk about you, and if they don’t, then you are probably not worth much. Ignore whatever anyone has to say about you and hold firm what you know and what you believe.

Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up your present.

You need to forgive yourself for every mistake you have made in the past. High achievers don’t go around beating themselves up for the mistakes they have made. Forgiveness is the first step to progress and only those with a strong heart can forgive themselves and those who have hurt them. Move forward today and stop dwelling on the past.
