M-Net expands AfricaMagic

M-Net is developing the AfricaMagic channels further to ensure that audiences get the best possible selection of African programming under one brand.
As a result all M-Net productions in East, West and Central Africa will now be found on an expanded line-up of AfricaMagic channels.
In a statement M-Net Africa managing director Biola Alabi said they were revising and increasing the catalogue of channels from the two to three channels that they have for Southern Africa.

Prosecutor jailed for receiving bribe

KWEKWE prosecutor Vincent Musanga was yesterday sentenced to three years in prison  for demanding a $700 bribe from an accused  person.
Musanga (34), who was represented by Kwekwe lawyer Mr Tapera Sengweni of Sengweni and Partners, had pleaded not guilty but was found guilty by Gweru provincial magistrate, Mr Vakai Douglas Chikwekwe.
