SHABANIE Mine FC have secured the services of former Masvingo United stars Pervington Zimunya and Isaac Chapura.
Zimunya, a former Mutare Farm Supply, Caps FC and Masvingo United striker, was unsettled after the relegation of his team last season. A number of clubs had approached him for his signature but he opted for the asbestos miners.

Speaking at a swimming gala held last weekend in Bulawayo, the president of the national body, Lorna Riley, bemoaned the lack of swimming pools in the country and said the situation was the major reason why the development of the sport was stagnant in the country.
