CBZ unveils Gateway City Housing Project

Business Reporter

CBZ Bank has unveiled the Gateway City housing project in Mutare which offers quality, affordable stands.

The project is part of many other housing initiatives that CBZ Holdings is implementing, in an effort to complement the Government’s bid to reduce Zimbabwe’s housing backlog, hovering at around 1.5 million housing units.

The residential stands are fully serviced and are ready for title deeds, meaning that asset security is guaranteed, with no chances of purchasing double allocated land.

This innovative project is guaranteed to create a dynamic and vibrant community by providing a range of amenities and services that are accessible and tailored to the needs of the residents.

Located only 7Km South East of Mutare’s CBD, Gateway City offers its clients the opportunity to purchase residential stands up to 2200 square metres, at the cost of only US$22 per square metre (before VAT).

This is an ideal mix of affordable and private residences for aspiring homeowners.

As part of the project, CBZ Bank is offering housing loans that are tailored to the needs of the customer to provide a convenient and cost-effective way to finance the purchase of residential stands
