RISING Afro dancehall musician, Terrence “Zoovie Kay” Mutizwa, has collaborated with Nigerian singer, Dave Tunz, on the song titled ‘‘Bude’’.

The party song has already hit the music market and it’s receiving a fair share of airplay.

In an interview, Zoovie Kay said it’s his wish to be recognised locally and internationally.

“The song Bude is a party song which talks about the dress code of summer time.

“We are describing how ladies are dressed in summer, in a witty way and, trust me, on this the song will win the hearts of many.

“It’s not easy to get a collaboration whilst you are still new in the music circles but I think it’s God’s grace,” he said.

The Mabvuku-bred entertainer also told this publication he was working on an EP, due for release soon.

“I am dedicating the EP to my late mother, who died when I was just four-years-old.

“Our time together was short but I thank her for carrying me for nine months and had sleepless nights when I was young,” he said.

He added:

“I appreciate the love and support I am getting from Vile Electronics.

“They are supporting me financially and also sponsoring my studio time.”

The 21-year-old said he was lining up another collaboration with a Namibian musician.

“Besides music, I am also a brand ambassador at Super Paints Zimbabwe, I am also an entrepreneur and I also have a clothing line.

“After I did this collaboration, I was also approached by an artist from Namibia and the other one from Nigeria.

“I am also expecting to release more videos, before the year ends, to complement the audios.”

He said he was set to  hold a series of shows in Zimbabwe courtesy of his producer Lunga Beats.

“I started recording music in 2014 when I was at Mutorashanga High School and I now have about 80 songs and 10 videos.

“I have worked with several producers and I am currently looking for an ambitious manager who will handle my musical career.”
