SCHWEPPES Zimbabwe Limited chief executive officer, Mr Charles Msipa, has been appointed to the board of FBC Holdings Limited.
Mr Msipa is a renowned industrialist and past president of the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI).
His appointment was made during the recent FBC group’s 6th Annual General Meeting held in Harare.
In a notice on the results of the AGM, FBC Holdings indicated that the appointment of Mr Msipa to the group’s board was among the resolutions shareholders approved.
