BANGLADESH clinched the T20 series after winning by five wickets with four balls remaining to take the series 2-1 in today’s third and final match against Zimbabwe at Harare Sports Club.

Going into the decider, the series was finely balanced at 1-1, with the visitors winning the first game and the hosts emerging victorious in the second.

With an unchanged XI, the Chevrons had won the toss and chose to bat first.

They got off to a blistering start, with Tadiwanashe Marumani and Wesley Madhevere knocking boundaries for fun.

Zimbabwe at one time had a decent total that put them in a good position to clinch the series but bottled it with the ball.
