Chibuku Road To Fame finals date set

ALL is set for the 2022 Chibuku Road to Fame national finals slated for the Glamis Arena on October 1.

Organised by Delta Corporation, the competition, which is already in its preliminary rounds, will see groups in Harare competing for a ticket tomorrow at Warren Park Bar.

“Preparations have begun in earnest for the Chibuku Road to Fame national finals to be held on Saturday, 1 October.

“This year’s finals are expected to be thrilling as we celebrate 60 years of Chibuku.

“A number of exciting activities have been lined up and we will soon announce a team of artists who will perform during the finals after party,” said Delta Corporation, general manager, corporate affairs, Patricia Murambinda.

Other groups, who have already qualified for the dance fête, include Orchestra Zealous from Bulawayo, Expressions Band (Manicaland), Hi-Five (Mash Central), Thokozani Supersounds (Mat South) and The Originals (Mash East).

The provincial finals are yet to be done in Mash West, Bulawayo, Masvingo and in the Midlands.
