CHICKEN Inn could win big if their recent acquisition from Bantu Rovers, Teenage Hadebe, is signed by big South African club Kaizer Chiefs. All along Hadebe had been club hopping on loan from Bantu Rovers. During the 2015 season with Obadiah Tarumbwa they turned out for Highlanders FC before switching to erstwhile rivals Chicken Inn.
Like Beyonce says, a?if you like it put a ring on ita? a Chicken Inn handed Hadebe a two-year contract.
a?We signed Hadebe on a two-year contract but I canat go into the monetary details as such information is private and confidential,a? said Chicken Inn chairman Lifa Ncube.
Just when he put pen to paper, Kaizer Chiefs knocked at his door. Therefore, if he signs with them since he is already on trials there, Chicken Inn would smile to the bank.
With Chiefs registering Warriors captain Willard Katsande as a non-foreigner ahead of the new season following his acquisition of a permanent residence permit, Hadebe can take up the last vacant foreign slot if he impresses.
Katsande met the minimum five years required to be eligible for a permanent residence last season and opted to apply for a South African identity document.
Chiefs are planning on registering ambian forward Lewis Macha, the Zimbabwean duo of Edmore Chirambadare and Mitchell Katsvairo for their five foreign playersa slots.
