Chipinge town secretary arrested again

Chipinge town secretary,  Dr Susan Dube, has been arrested again on criminal abuse of duty charges barely 48 hours after being released on bail on another case of dishonesty.

Allegations are that Dr Dube together with Mr Jerry Makwachiyi, a water superitendent, illegally took PVC pipes valued $US639 which they used to connect water at her Kenilworth farm which is situated about 8km from the town.

The pipes are 850m long.
