A woman claims that her husband urinates on their bed every time she denies him sex.
Miriam Anabella made the claims against her husband David Mulana accusing him of harassing and insulting her whenever they have a fallout in their bedroom.
She told court that whenever she denies him sex, he forces himself on her or she is chased out of their bedroom while naked.
“My husband confessed to me that he had intercourse with a girlfriend who was HIV positive and he knows my fears.
“Now he doesn’t take no for an answer and can’t accept that we can’t have unprotected sex or at least wait until he gets tested after three months.
“He assaulted me for denying him sex and he urinated on the bed in protest,” said Anabella.
She added;
“He refused to get tested and whenever I remind him when he demands sex, he assaults me for anyhow
“Sometimes he chases me out of the bedroom naked.
“Last week he forced me to swallow a whole bottle of perfume and I am experiencing chest pains. I am afraid he will end up killing me.”
David said his wife made him lose his job and has been mistreating him.
“This woman destroyed my life, she called my bosses and they didn’t like her behaviour and I was fired from work.
“She’s actually a devil’s advocate, she burnt my clothes, sold some of my personal properties and on top of that she is now denying me sex and pretending as if she is the victim,” said Mulana.
Presiding over the hearing, magistrate Meenal Naratom urged the couple to seek counselling and avoid being temperamental.
