DATING a married woman is dicing with death!

Such is the case for a man from Bulawayoa��s Lobengula West suburb who is now sleeping with one eye open following death threats from his lovera��s husband.

Cosmos Mahayi has been having sleepless nights because Bigboy Ncube declared that he would deal with him by ending his life.

The death threats started when Ncube discovered that his wife was having an affair with her late frienda��s husband.

It seems after the passing on of his wife, Mahayi started having an affair with Ncubea��s wife and in no time Ncube got to know about it.

It marked the end of Mahayia��s happy days on earth as Ncube has always been after his life which has forced him to run to the courts for help.

a�?Bigboy Ncube always insults me using vulgar language and threatens to stab me with a knife. Whenever we come across each other in the streets, he insults me saying I am having an affair with his wife.

a�?I am now afraid because he will end up killing me. Whenever I meet the respondent, he insults and threatens to kill me. Can he be stopped from insulting and threatening to kill me?a�? said Mahayi.

In response, Ncube confirmed the allegations revealing that he was bitter because his wife was cheating on him with Mahayi.

a�?We have a problem because he is having an affair with my wife,a�? said Ncube.

The magistrate Tancy Dube granted the order in favour of the respondent and Ncube was banned from verbally abusing the applicant, threatening him in anyway, stalking him and communicating with applicant in anyway.
