DeMbare TV launched

Sports Reporter
HARARE giants Dynamos will today launch DeMbare TV, a television football magazine, which exclusively covers the Glamour Boys in a landmark development for the country’s biggest and most successful football club.

DeMbare TV is produced by Media Expressions Motion Pictures.

Kenny Mubaiwa, the Dynamos President, said this was a huge project for the Glamour Boys.

“Dynamos are the first to come up with such a project and we are excited about it and the fans should support Dynamos by buying the DeMbare TV DVD which is almost three hours of viewing fun,” said Mubaiwa

Asked if the DeMbare TV DVD would not be pirated, Mubaiwa said “we are working with the police and other stakeholders to make sure anyone who pirates this DVD is apprehended and will face the maximum wrath of the law.”

A DeMbare TV spokesman said “the magazine is earmarked to bring exposure for Dynamos Football Club on the local and international fans through broadcasting on local and international channels.

“The first DeMbare TV programme will be unveiled in the form of DVDs which will be sold across the country at affordable prices.

“All football loving fans can now afford to watch the Glamour Boys in the comfort of their homes at their convenience.”

There are plans then to take DeMbare TV to a host broadcaster.

Asked if DeMbare TV Soccer Magazine will screen on ZBC-TV, a DeMbare TV spokesman indicated that would be done if the national broadcaster offer the right price.

“However, we are pursuing broadcasting partners internationally and regionally to air DeMbare TV Soccer Magazine and we believe our viewers will not in a so-distant future watch DeMbare TV on Supersport.”

He was speaking from The Media Motion Pictures (Pvt) Ltd studios, where they were finalising the first DeMbare TV DVD.

Media Motion Pictures (Pvt) Ltd assembled a talented group of individuals to work on the Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production for the exciting DeMbare TV Soccer Magazine.

The soccer magazine was produced in such a way as to have rhythm and pulse.

It has five scintillating segments of footballing non-stop action.

The magazine opens with “The Insider” where the fans are given insight from a top Dynamos executive of the current state of affairs within the club.

That is followed with probably the most exciting segment which most Dynamos fans are going to fall in love with, ‘All Access.’

Here the fans will be treated to what they have never seen before about Dynamos players when they are in camp, how they prepare for matches.

On the same segment the Dynamos technical team also gives insight into tactics for each game.

Also, on this segment, the team Chef explains more about the players strict diet whilst the teams fitness trainer takes the guys on their paces and also share to you fitness tips.

The Dynamos fans can expect a thriller as they get to understand their favourite team better.

After The Insider there is “The 18 Area” which is a must-see, covers the current Dynamos player’s lives outside football and the people that motivate them behind the scenes.

“It is an-all revealing segment” added the DeMbare TV spokesman.

The Hall of Fame is a segment which will feature ‘The Yester-Year Players’ where legendary Dynamos players are interviewed.

This, we believe, will be popular among Dynamos fans as the club has a rich history of great players among them, George Shaya, Moses Chunga, the Chidzambwa brothers Sunday and Misheck, Memory Mucherahowa, Elvis Chiweshe, to mention but a few.

“I watched some action on DeMbare TV and, if what I saw is anything to go by, then Dynamos fans will scramble for the first DVD production because it is laced with exciting action which will also include a bonus soccer match involving Dynamos,” said a DeMbare fan.

“Plus there is also segment for us the fans where we are interviewed to give our pre-and-post-match analysis with another devoted to soccer analysts to give their fair assessment of Dynamos’ performance in the current Premier Soccer League season.

“The quality of the production is impressive because we used HD Filming cameras.

“DeMbare TV will take Zimbabwe by storm because it comes at a time when the national broadcaster is struggling to keep viewers entertained due to lack of exciting television content.”
