Dishonest farmer fined US$500

800 to the contracting company, KM Financial Solutions.
He appeared before Mount Darwin magistrate Mr Godfrey Gwake.

Mr Gwake sentenced Mutimumwe to three months in prison, which was set aside on condition that he pays US$500 fine. Another six months were wholly suspended on condition that he restitutes KM Financial Solutions of US$4 800.

Complainant in the matter was KM Financial Solutions, which was represented by its credit control manager, Mr Weston Taonezvi.
