Mukarakate that his male organ was so tiny that he could not sexually satisfy his wife or impregnate her. They were convicted on their own plea by Chitungwiza magistrate Mr Toindepi Zhou and asked to pay US$100 fine each.
If they fail to pay the fine by July 27, they will spend 100 days behind bars.
In passing the sentence, Mr Zhou warned that being drunk was never an excuse for uncalled for behaviour.
Prosecutor Mr Tendai Mukariri proved that on July 15 this year, the trio was coming from a beerhall at around 2am and were drunk.
They passed through Mukarakate’s place and one of them or all of them shouted at him, saying he had a small male organ and had failed to satisfy his wife in bed, resulting in her failure to conceive.
Mukarakate could not contain the humiliation and went after them, but they took to their heels.
Mukarakate later filed a report leading to the trio’s arrest.
