Controversial podcaster DJ Olah 7 (real name Owen Madondo) is breathing easy after prosecutors dropped cyberbullying charges linked to explosive comments made by rapper Holy Ten on his show—but not without a stern warning about digital responsibility!
The firestorm started when guest Mukudzei Chatsama (Holy Ten) made statements during a live podcast that allegedly left musician Mudiwa Hood feeling “humiliated and distressed.” Hood initially cried foul, but later backed off, saying he didn’t want to pursue the case.
But here’s the twist— victims don’t call the shots in criminal matters! The National Prosecuting Authority (NPAZ) stepped in, ruling that DJ Olah 7 had no intent to bully, since the comments came from his guest, not him. Case *CLOSED!*
Still, prosecutors fired a warning shot: *”Podcasters, watch your platforms—next time, the mic drop might be in court!”*
