SOUTH Africa’s DJ Tira, Bucie and man of the moment Jah Prayzah will next month headline the Golden Pilsener Afrofusion Concert in Harare.
Themed “Come Cheer on the Legends”, the concert, being held at Belgravia Sports Club on September 10, will feature performances by Ammara Brown, DJs Raydizz, Selekta Base, Fujee and TBass.
Golden Pilsener brand manager Paida Tabengwa confirmed the Harare show and said a similar event would be held in Bulawayo.
“For the Bulawayo show, we’re still finalising artistes who’ll perform there,” Tabengwa said.
But a leaked poster had South Africa’s DJ Fresh, Bucie and Winky D as the headliners of the Bulawayo Afrofusion concert.
“We’ll inform people what Come Cheer on the Legends is all about and why we’re doing it in due course through the press and various media,” said Tabengwa.
This will be Delta Beverages’ first time to host such a concert following successful concerts – the Lion Lager Summer Beer Festival, Bohlingers Tight party, Castle Tankard, Miller Sound Clash and the Castle Lite block party.
