Very sad, my mum suffered the same fate and fortunately she escaped death by a whisker. She had 4 more operations to clean the infection and developed a fistula. It was traumatic. That’s why I can’t seem to forget it. I cannot even say all the things, but it even reached a level of faking some results in a bid to cover up the mistake. She survived after almost six months in the hospital and for all that I am thankful. I saw a miracle. I am so sorry to the family in this story. I am actually sad, this could have been my mother. – Tariro Kucherera
