Education makes good man!

Well this is the story set to be told when Divaris Makaharis School, one of the elite schools in the country will have an Open Day today, where a lot of activities have been lined up.
The day will run under the theme “Developing the spirit of entrepreneurship, succeed with honour and pride” in recognition of the importance of education and developing the Zimbabwean child.

In an interview with Cool Lifestyle, school headmistress Mrs Faith Mutiswa said the initiative was necessitated by the need to let the public know how the school functions.
“Many people don’t know more about the school and they often ask us where the school is located. This is the opportunity for the public to get to know one of the best schools in the country,” she said.

It will also be an opportunity for members of the public to advertise.
“Under our running theme, members of the public are allowed to advertise and there would be a lot of entertainment for children like jumping castles and water slides,” she said.
To add icing on the cake, Mrs Mutiswa said entertainment galore from local artistes and exhibitions and displays from the pupils is expected to ignite the event.
Tatenda aged 12 from Bluff Hill said he was looking forward to Open Day.

“My little sister is set to perform at the Open Day and I am looking forward to seeing the talented that was nurtured at the school,” he said.
The school is probably one of the local’s best private schools offering high quality education, comprising of three stream class system from ECD (Grade Zero) to Form Six.
It is one of be the first e-schools with excellent sporting facilities.
