Entrepreneur and businessman, Dr Tendesai Mushamba, is basking in glory after being awarded his 12th award.
He was honoured with the Most Influential CEO award courtesy of the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network.
Dr Mushamba, the CEO of Champions Management Consultancy, has become one of the top CEOs in the country.
For the past year, he has received a total of 12 awards in business.
The businessman was honoured together with several other business people who had performed well in their areas of operation this year.
In an interview, Dr Mushamba, who is also the CEO at International Champion College, said his commitment is to give quality education to students. the school gave out nine scholarships to students.
He believes that he has cemented himself as a force within the business circles.
“Recognition as CEO of the boost my credibility, making stakeholders, including students, parents, and clients, more likely to trust and engage with my institutions.
“This accolade distinguishes the institutions from competitors, attracting more students and clients who seek high standards and acknowledged we use this recognition as a motivational tool, implementing best practices and innovative strategies inspired by his recognition,” he said.
The Zimbabwe CEO’s Network is an exclusive organisation that facilitates learning and development for top executives through peer group meetings, mentoring, targeted curricula, and focused events.
Annually, the Network evaluates and recognises outstanding leaders in various sectors.
In December he won three awards that include the Strategic Leader of the Year Platinum Award by the Megafest Business Awards, Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe awarded him CEO with a Human Capital Orientation as the second runner up.
He said the college’s vision is to be the hallmark of quality education and elite extracurricular activities for students.
Last year has seen his growth as a businessman and also as an individual, he was a ZISTA guest speaker in Nyanga discussing about the vision 2030 curriculum framework.
