MAN STABS GIRLFRIEND OVER MISSING SIM CARD

A 42-year-old Redcliff man has been arrested and charged with domestic violence after allegedly stabbing his girlfriend multiple times with a kitchen knife following a dispute over a missing SIM card.

The incident occurred on March 24, when the victim accused the suspect of taking her SIM card.

The suspect reportedly attacked her, inflicting stab wounds to her arm and neck.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, where she is currently hospitalised.

The accused appeared before Kwekwe Magistrates’ Court and is expected back in court on April 3.
