Ardbennie, Harare, and inquired from the receptionist if the company manufactured metal template blocks.
He allegedly requested the company to manufacture a block for him.
Mr Magwegwe said Mapurisa wanted to make business cards on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs and was representing a company called OAKRA.
He allegedly presented a black and white hard copy and upon scrutinising it, the receptionist observed that it resembled security features on the new Zinara licence discs.
The receptionist asked Mapurisa if the job was for Zinara, but he told her that it was for the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs. She then advised him that the company required a written job order for security jobs.
Mapurisa allegedly told the receptionist to contact the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs to confirm the order, but she declined. He then paid US$95 for the job and when he left, the receptionist advised her superiors and they discovered that the template resembled a Zinara licence disc.
A report was made to the police leading to the arrest of Mapurisa who implicated Zishiri.
