Former permanent secretary in the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Resettlement Engineer Ringson Chitsiko has died.
Eng Chitsiko died this morning.
The cause of his death has not yet been established. Permanent Secretary Dr John Basera confirmed the death.
“In loving memory of our former PS, Eng. Ringson Chitsiko, we are saddened to announce his passing this morning. Colleagues I’m really shattered, to say the least. We have lost a fountain of wisdom and knowledge in Agric, Lands and Water related issues.
” He laid the solid foundations for Agriculture Transformation, together with the late Hon Minister, Air Chief Mashal Perrance Shiri,” he said.
