ZIM hip-hop artist, Frawsty Kay, has released his EP dubbed ‘Buda Musango’.
The six-track project is one of his works with the highest number of features since the start of his musical career.
In an interview, Frawsty said the EP is a testament of the power of collaboration and the beauty of music created with the intention of helping other artists.
He said the project will be accompanied by visuals for two songs titled ‘Buda Musango’ and ‘Misodzi’.
“Every song on this EP tells a story, each beat carries emotion and every note is a reflection of the collective effort that brought this project to life.
“As it reaches the ears of my fans, I want it to stand as a reminder that great music is not just heard, it is felt.
“I featured artists like Kirko Mort, Sasha Sicko and Makenzibenz.
“I also worked wiTh Perplex and Banga Republic who really played a pivotal role in assisting me with beats.”
He added:
“It’s truly humbling that there are producers in the industry who are willing to go the extra mile just to help us as young artists so that we stand the competition.
“This is a reflection of how the Zim hip-hop industry is growing and accommodating young and fresh talent and inspiring us to soldier on among the best of the best,” he said.
