French jugglers to showcase in Bulawayo

A FRENCH group, De Fracto Arts Company will be in the city for a show at Bulawayo Theatre on 1 November. The show is being organised by Alliance Française de Bulawayo who are also involved in organising a number of international cultural exchange programmes in the city.
De Fracto Arts Company is expected to present an hour long graphic, rhythmic and entertaining juggling show.

In an interview, Alliance Française de Bulawayo director, Marie-Hélène Prédhom said fans should brace for a highly entertaining show.
She said the group had invented its own juggling vocabulary.

“The group won the 2010 European Young Circus Talent prize and they have been touring Africa for the past six weeks. We are happy to be having them in Bulawayo,” said Predhom.

This show is one of many which Alliance Française is coordinating in Bulawayo as part of its cultural promotion.
