GLOW Petroleum won the 57th edition of the Kariba Invitation Tiger Fish Tournament (KITFT) held at the Nauz Charara site last week.

They top scored 78 other competitors with a total score of 71.49, while their B team, code named Look East, was second with a score of 60.77.

“Congratulations to our Glow Petroleum team A and B for coming first and second at the Tiger Fish Tournament 2018 out of 79 teams. Well done guys,” the company posted on its official Facebook wall yesterday.

In third place with a score of 50.46 was the Jakkals team, while Fins Fishing scored 48.61 to finish the three-day tournament in fourth position, relegating MaPoachas, who scored 43.89, to fifth.

Improved water levels, additional houseboats, increased number of participating teams and high morale characterised the 57th edition of the KITFT.

The number of teams that took part in the competition increased from 56 in 2017, a development that comes as a result of an improved business environment.
