CANADA-based gospel musician, Dudu Angeline, said her recently released single track titled ‘‘I Have Come To Say Thank You’’ is inspired by her life experiences.
Dudu said she believes in God, who has changed her life for the better.
“One day when I was meditating, the Holy Spirit just reminded me of where it has taken me from to where I am today through the years.
“The song is self-explanatory. My life is a testimony of what God has done in my life and I’m excited. That is the inspiration behind the song,” she said.
Angeline, who started singing at a tender age, has one album to her name.
She is set to release a new album next year, which gives hope to those in despair.
“It is a happy song. I believe it will give hope to those that are depressed. It reminds people that God is able to do exceedingly well.
“My spiritual mentors have really helped me in my music career. They might not be musicians, but they have really helped me channel my musical gift,” she said.
Asked how she was handling pressure, Angeline added:
“There is pressure as a mother; the kids will be looking up to you. I also have to go to work where I work as a nurse. At church, I am also a worship leader.
“I believe God has so much in store for me. With a long life, I think more will be in store as God is increasing me in every way and I will be able to achieve more.
“I see myself having a great music ministry and career.”
